A satisfying role
As a Operation Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep the Operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our operative colleagues and our systems – making sure customer orders are correctly sent for picking, invoices are processed, and paperwork is accurate. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two nights are the same.
What you bring to the mix
- A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail.
- Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision.
- Problem‑solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues.
- The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
- Ideally, experience in a similar warehouse admin role – but this isn’t essential.
