A satisfying role: Put simply, your focus will be to deliver excellence for our customers, our business and everyone around you. Handling the day-to-day management of the Thetford depot which is predominantly focused on distribution with a small warehouse operation, you will be leading a team of around 55 colleagues ensuring that our safety, service, cost and efficiency goals are exceeded. Accountable for everything from team engagement and operational performance to efficiency and budgets, you’ll shape plans that drive change and develop your team.
