A satisfying role
As a Transport Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our drivers and our systems – carrying out pre-shift and de-briefs with our drivers, raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs, reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.
What you bring to the mix
- A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail
- Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS)
- The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues
- The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
- Ideally, experience in a similar transport or logistics admin role – but this isn’t essential.
