Designed with colleagues in mind, the site has all the right ingredients to be an amazing place to work. Join us as a Fleet & Compliance Manager and help us perform brilliantly.
A satisfying role:
- Leading a small team of direct reports, you will drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site, making sure we are fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers.
- You will take accountability for budgets, resource allocation, retention, health & safety, customer service and VOR rates.
What you bring to the mix:
- Experience leading and motivating a team.
- An analytical mind, with the ability to identify trends from large data sets.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- A strong understanding of fleet compliance regulations.
- CPC (or the willingness to acquire it).
