The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Monday - Friday Day Shift 08:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility required in line with operational needs.

A satisfying role:

  • Leading a small team of direct reports, you will drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site, making sure we are fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers.
  • You will take accountability for budgets, resource allocation, retention, health & safety, customer service and VOR rates.

What you bring to the mix:

  • Experience leading and motivating a team.
  • An analytical mind, with the ability to identify trends from large data sets.
  • Excellent commercial awareness.
  • A strong understanding of fleet compliance regulations.
  • CPC (or the willingness to acquire it).
