A satisfying role:

As a Distribution Administrator, it’ll be your organisational skills and administrative support that helps to keep our transport operation moving. Making a real difference to all kinds of teams, you’ll be the key link between our drivers and our systems – carrying out pre-shift and de-briefs with our drivers, raising purchase orders and inputting key data for site KPIs, reporting and compliance. Deadlines are tight, but it’s the chance to thrive in a role where no two shifts are the same.

What you bring to the mix:

  • A naturally organised person who prides themselves on their attention to detail.
  • Significant experience using software including Microsoft Office and SAP (or other WMS).
  • The ability to prioritise work with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills and the confidence to communicate any issues.
  • The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people.
  • Ideally, experience in a similar transport or logistics admin role – but this isn’t essential.
