  • Planning and managing small scale change where needed.
  • Serve projects that are part of the Enterprise Services technology portfolio. There may be a requirement to deliver across functional areas / other technologies as needed.
  • Support business function in the prioritisation of requirements based on business value, ensuring they are aligned to the desired outcomes and case for change.
  • Work with business and technical teams, to ensure the recommended solution meets the needs of the business.
  • Empowered to positively challenge and influence across teams if the requirement, solution, or case for change, to ensure alignment to the overarching business strategy and delivery roadmap.
  • Communicate cross-functionally between operational and technical teams, acting as a translator where necessary.
  • Work within internal project delivery governance processes, with familiarity of both agile and waterfall methodologies.

About you:

To be successful in this role you must have demonstrated Business Analyst experience within a Technology environment, supporting large scale project delivery involving business process and technology change and experience of Business Analyst tools / techniques to elicit, document and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project (both waterfall and agile). Experience within HR, Finance & Legal technology and/or a FMCG/wholesale/retail environment would be an advantage. You\’ll possess the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders through positive and proactive engagement and ask insightful questions to extract detail required from stakeholders. You will possess a high level of attention to detail and be organised with the ability to present and document information based on the needs of the project.
