Brighton - Trainee Class 2 Driver £32,617 per year plus a great range of benefits.

Working day shift Monday to Friday, with seasonal Saturdays from 06:00 to 15:30 - 45hr week.

Start your new professional driving career with world-class training and high operational standards. You’ll join us initially as a Van Driver, delivering food and non-food products to multiple locations throughout the day. Your route may vary daily, and you will meet a wide variety of customers.

A satisfying role: You will be responsible for regular checks on your multi-temperature van and DVSA compliance. After a full induction, you will progress to our award-winning HGV Development Programme and gain a Class 2 Driver qualification within six months. Upon obtaining the HGV2 licence, your salary will increase.

What you bring to the mix:

  • A full clean Driving Licence and preferably prior multidrop or van driving experience.
  • Ambition and commitment to become a qualified HGV 2 driver through our development programme.
  • Excellent communication skills, approachable, and a strong enthusiasm to do a great job.
