Sysco GB is looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to become a key part of our dynamic Fleet Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in safeguarding our Operators Licence and ensuring full adherence to DVSA Earned Recognition standards. As a Fleet Compliance Coordinator you’ll work closely with the Head of Fleet Compliance, Fleet Compliance Business Partners and all Sysco GB organisations to maintain the highest standards of driver and vehicle compliance. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability and reputation of our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Fleet and Fleet Compliance Business Partners in ensuring the business Operators Licence remains fully compliant and never at risk.
- Assist with departmental projects and lead initiatives related to the role.
- Develop and maintain reports that provide depots and Fleet Compliance Business Partners with insights into compliance performance and highlight potential risks.
- Reports will cover key areas aligned with Operator Licence commitments including:
- Road Transport Working Time Directive 2005 (reference periods weekly hours daily infringements)
- Tachograph EU infringements
- Manual entry errors
- Earned Recognition repeat offenders
- Missed safety inspections
- Ministry of Transport (MOT) compliance
- Monthly Performance Review (MPR) reports ensuring accuracy in collaboration with Fleet Compliance Business Partners
