Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF & Medina) are recruiting for a Contracted Pricing Lead to join our high-performing Pricing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of our contracted pricing strategy through managing the day-to-day operation of our price review system. Working alongside our PRS co-ordinator to ensure price reviews are run and managed effectively and working with our sales teams to support the delivery of price moves across our contracted estate. You will also be working alongside our product pricing manager to design and execute price moves utilising market insight and commercial decision making. You’ll work closely with Pricing, Commercial, merchandising and Finance teams, contributing to how we manage price changes, maintain margin, and respond to market dynamics. This is a full-time permanent role offering a hybrid working contract in the Ashford, Kent office as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the contracted pricing process, supporting the delivery of price reviews and ensuring accurate and timely execution across the customer base.
  • Analyse and report on price pass-through, providing insight to inform pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
  • Own and develop key pricing models and tools utilised in the field by our contracted sales teams.
  • Support the product pricing manager in designing and executing monthly price changes across our contracted channels.
  • Manage new product pricing decisions, ensuring outcomes are commercially competitive and margin-accretive.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing processes, enhancing efficiency, control, and transparency.
  • Act as a point of contact for pricing queries from the contracted teams, providing reliable and timely resolutions.

About you:

You will bring:

  • Experience in a data-driven, pricing, commercial, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with data (Excel proficiency essential).
  • Experience working in ERP systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and processes.
