Account Manager – Tamworth/Remote
£28,845 basic, plus up to £2,000 Bonus per quarter with opportunity to earn an annual bonus. OTE £35,000-£40,000
We are recruiting a talented and results-driven Account Manager to join our busy contact centre team. Brakes UK is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers. If you have sales ability and a strong relationship-building background, this could be the perfect next step in your career, with opportunities to develop into a field sales role and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, reactivating, and developing a group of customers within a specific independent region.
- Develop profitable sales growth across existing customer base by understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
- Manage customer retention proactively and work to reduce churn.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with ASM and BDM to convert and onboard them.
- Utilize data and insights to reactivate lapsed customers.
- Manage risks within the customer base, including lost sales and credit exposure.
- Create account plans and contact strategies to maximize customer engagement and foster profitable relationships.
- Interpret various data sources such as sales/margin reports, churn dashboards, and promotional activity to inform decisions.
