This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco – keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. The role requires a candidate who will be: Sales Orientated Self-motivated and proactive Keen Interest in the Food Service Industry Upon joining Sysco, you will initially be located at our Lisburn Depot, Hillhall Road and relocating to our new Belfast site at Nutts Corner, anticipated to be March or April 2025! Key Accountabilities: Overview: Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and volume targets for your assigned area Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally. Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools. Maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area making us the partner of choice for solutions and range Be responsive and flexible to your customers’ needs. Develop and implement sales plans for your area in line with our Recipe for Growth strategy Delivery off and increasing current and new customer’s use of the Sysco Online ordering platform.
