Account Manager – Lisburn We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager, a role responsible for the retention, growth, reactivation, and development of a group of customers within a given area. This is an office role and is not field based. Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends. Retain customers through personalised, proactive communication. Strengthen relationships to increase our share of customers' business and identify new opportunities. Keep product and service knowledge current. Use data to re-engage lapsed customers and prevent lost sales. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage customer risks, including lost sales and credit issues. Create account plans to maximise customer engagement and grow sales. Study sales data and market insights to make informed decisions. Requirements: Experience in a structured sales or telesales environment. Knowledge of the foodservice sector. Track record of meeting sales targets. Strong active listening, negotiation, and commercial skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong planning, organisation, and teamwork skills.
