The predicted salary is between 7 - 45 £ per hour.

Location: Warrington Depot.

Salary: £43,999.00.

Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7 - 45 hours per week. You will work predominantly 1200-2130 but with flexibility to cover shifts of 0300-1230 & 1400-2330 as required. 10% hourly rate uplift between 1800-2200 & 20% hourly rate uplift between 2200-0600.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and advise supervisors of any additional work required.
  • Carry out work on site and complete it in a timely manner to DVSA standards.
  • Reduce vehicle downtime to a minimum.
  • Prioritise workload and choose tasks to complete yourself or assign to service providers while monitoring progress.
  • Use compliance software and be comfortable with computer systems.
  • Work independently using initiative or as an active member of the team, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Qualified HGV Mechanic with relevant experience.
  • Preferably experience in commercial vehicle maintenance (not essential).
