As a Warehouse Operative you'll pick and check the quality of these ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes reach forklift truck, first aid and HGV driving, there's no limit to your potential. In fact, almost 90% of our managers started here. So, once you're in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up - if that's what you want to do.

- Have your own transport to get to site due to poor public transport links.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Be comfortable in a cool environment (we'll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm).
- Be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg.
