Put simply, your focus will be to deliver excellence for our customers, our business and everyone around you. Handling the day-to-day management, leadership & development of our entire warehouse department leading an overall team of circa 175 colleagues, you'll see that our safety, service, cost and efficiency goals are exceeded. Accountable for everything from team engagement and warehouse performance to efficiency and budgets, you'll shape plans that drive change and develop your leadership team. You'll actively create a safe and efficient working environment where colleagues feel included and can do their jobs brilliantly. Crucially, you'll also drive the performance of leaders across the warehouse and effectively manage change as our business continues to transform.

  • Having successfully led a large, fast-paced warehouse function before, you've got everything needed to thrive in this role:
  • Experience in planning resources and managing service and safety through others
  • Experience of managing budgets and cost control (Circa £15m budget)
  • The ability to coach and mentor teams to drive high performance and achieve shared goals
  • A results-focused and collaborative approach
  • A track record of creating plans that improve the experience of customers and colleagues
  • Strong relationship-building and financial skills.
