It’s an essential role for assisting the smooth running of the depot – but our Operations Administrators make it look easy!
The role includes:
Processing and controlling invoices including vehicle maintenance
Raising PO’s including vehicles maintenance
Monitoring depot Staff Shop & Charity accounts
Monitoring depot Courier Invoicing
Liaising and working with the wider team & other departments
You will have
The Administration team are an essential part of our operation, and our Operations Administrators play a crucial part within this team. You’ve got to be proactive, a team player and be able to demonstrate attention to detail., Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner
Great literacy and numeracy skills
IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential)
Time management and administration know-how
The ability to work as part of a small team as well as under your own initiative
