Ashford is recruiting a Facilities Manager who oversees the functionality, safety, and efficiency of buildings and infrastructure, managing services like maintenance, security, cleaning, and space planning. They align the workplace with business goals, handle vendor contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is vital for operational continuity.

As the Facilities Manager, you will be planning, coordinating, and executing routine maintenance and repairs for structural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Your varied role will see you handling everything from ensuring the building meets all legal, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and risk management.
