Senior Technical Implementation Consultant
At Syrenis, we're a fast-growing SaaS company specialising in enterprise consent and preference management, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant to join us.
This is a hands-on, client-facing technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building working solutions and helping customers get the most from technology.
You'll take ownership of technical design conversations, work directly with enterprise clients and turn business requirements into practical, working implementations.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading technical workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions.
- Building working prototypes, demos and small web applications using AI-assisted development tools to demonstrate how our platform can be used.
- Designing data flows and API integrations, working with client teams on platform configuration and technical implementation.
- Owning technical delivery from initial workshops through to go-live, while sharing knowledge and best practice across our Implementation team.
What we're looking for:
- A strong technical background in software development, web development or technical consultancy, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- A practical understanding of APIs, data flows and integrations, with the confidence to work through technical requirements with clients.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes, demonstrate solutions and explore different approaches.
- Strong communication and solution design skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and make technical recommendations to enterprise stakeholders.
