Our team regularly attends industry events, launches and activations, creating exciting commercial opportunities for our clients.
The Role
This is a highly relationship‐driven role focused on building and nurturing partnerships with brands across the beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare and aesthetics sectors. You'll represent a roster of healthcare professionals and industry experts, connecting them with relevant brands for paid partnerships, ambassador programmes, campaigns, events and long‐term collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy across SYREN's talent roster
- Build on and nurture SYREN's existing network of brand, PR and industry relationships
- Develop new relationships with marketing teams, influencer managers, PR agencies and key decision‐makers across beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare and aesthetics
- Represent SYREN and our talent at industry events, brand launches, networking opportunities and client activations
- Proactively identify and secure paid partnership opportunities for clients
- Negotiate campaign fees, deliverables and commercial terms
- Manage partnership pipelines from outreach through to deal completion
- Create proposals, media packs and commercial opportunities for talent
- Identify ambassador programmes, speaking opportunities, events and long‐term collaborations
- Track partnership revenue and support the achievement of commercial targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging brands and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with the SYREN team to align commercial opportunities with client goals and personal brand strategy
About You
- 2+ years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, brand partnerships or a related field
- Proven track record of securing paid brand collaborations
- Strong existing network within beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare or aesthetics
- Excellent relationship‐building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passionate about social media, creator marketing and personal branding
- Able to work from our London office three days per week and attend industry events, launches and client activations where required
