A growing independent naval architecture and engineering practice is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Southampton team. This position is focused on delivering meaningful engineering solutions for an international portfolio of superyacht clients. You will take ownership of structural design deliverables, maintaining strict technical standards across all phases of project execution. Leadership is a key element of this position. You will supervise project teams of engineers and designers while maintaining your own primary design workload. Key Responsibilities
