We are seeking a precise and motivated CAD Draughtsperson to join our team in Southampton. You will be responsible for translating complex vessel concepts into detailed, production-ready technical drawings. This role requires a high level of accuracy and a deep understanding of marine steelwork and aluminium structures. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from initial concept sketches to final fabrication packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using Rhino and SolidWorks.
- Develop detailed vessel arrangements, structural plans, and technical schematics.
- Manage CAD data through PDM/Vault workflows to ensure version control and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve design clashes before they reach production.
Requirements
