Position Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Southampton, Hampshire, UK

Reports To: Office Manager

SYR are working with an exciting client, based just outside Southampton!

Operating internationally within the superyacht world and are looking to add to their administrative team.

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

– Ensuring that the teams are completing projects to expected hours

– Collecting and processing timesheets

– Logistics; ensuring ordering & delivery of materials to site

– Confirming project completion & instructing account to invoice

– Dealing with internal client contacts with progress updates, troubleshooting etc

This is a full time office based role and would suit someone who has worked within a manufacturing environment or similar.

Superyacht/Marine experience NOT ESSENTIAL!
