We are an award-winning London design studio specializing in high-end, bespoke superyacht and aviation projects. Our team is looking for a structured, detail-oriented Junior 3D Modeler to transform initial concept sketches into highly accurate production models. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and technical execution. You will work closely with senior designers to build exterior and interior surfaces where precision is non-negotiable.

The Role

  • Develop clean, production-ready 3D models from 2D sketches, GA drawings, and reference data.
  • Maintain strict organizational standards for complex file structures, layers, and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate across the design team to ensure aesthetic intent aligns perfectly with structural constraints.
  • Prepare and optimize files for rendering, rapid prototyping, and shipyard engineering teams.

Your Profile

  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Rhino 3D is essential. You understand surface continuity, clean topology, and how to avoid heavy, unmanageable files.
  • Experience: A degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of studio experience is preferred, though exceptional graduates with strong portfolios will be considered.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical drawings and translate complex curves accurately. Familiarity with rendering packages (e.g., V-Ray, Keyshot) or Sub-D modeling is a distinct advantage.
  • Mindset: Methodical, patient, and highly receptive to design feedback. You appreciate the nuance of luxury proportions.

What We Offer

  • Direct involvement in world-class, high-profile luxury transport projects.
  • A collaborative studio culture with clear mentorship from industry-leading designers.
  • Competitive salary based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
