We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to lead an Agile service squad through the delivery of innovative products and services. If you’re passionate about Agile methodologies and have experience leading cross-functional teams, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Lead and deliver projects using SCRUM , Kanban , and DevOps practices. Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, and more. Drive continuous improvement in delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions at pace. Communicate effectively across stakeholders, from technical to non-technical teams. Empower teams to grow their skills and drive value for users. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban). Background in DevOps and automated delivery (e.g., pipelines, testing). Strong stakeholder management, navigating both technical and political challenges. Experience with Microsoft Project Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Project Online). A relevant Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager qualification.
