Syos is a fast-growing robotics and aerospace company, driving the development of cutting-edge uncrewed vehicles (drones) across air, land, and sea for dual-use applications. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth. This is a pivotal role within our expanding team, focused on securing both direct sales and long-term contracts for our cutting-edge range of unmanned systems. You will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and work closely with the Commercial Director to capitalise on significant market opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of activities aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets including:
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the relevant markets, identifying key opportunities and building strong relationships.
- Track relevant tenders within your region that align with our product range and contribute to the development of winning bids in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
- Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and provide realistic sales forecasts.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and achieving targets.
- Must be able to travel within the UK/EU region.
