Overview
Diagnostic Imaging Assistant role at Syon Clinic, part of Circle Health Group.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with a flexible shift pattern, including short-notice coverage.
Salary: up to £32,205 per year FTE depending on experience, training and qualification.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of patient-centred care as an integral part of the imaging team.
- Meet the needs of patients, consultants and colleagues while working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Deliver care to a high standard under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner, maintaining professional conduct in line with relevant standards and codes (NMC and HCPC where applicable).
- Demonstrate competence in the Imaging Assistant role within the scope of the working areas.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality patient care and maintain service user satisfaction.
- Complete all mandatory training relevant to the role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role.
- Experience in customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
- Care Certificate.
- NVQ Level 1 and/or willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent; willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
- Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or higher, or equivalent functional skills level 2.

Salary: Up to £32,205 per year FTE dependent on experience, training and qualification.
