Responsibilities
- Discovery of, and conducting architectural reviews of client Modern Workplace implementations.
- Architect, document, implement and support Modern Workplace solutions for end customers.
- Reporting and optimisation of M365 license utilisation.
- Ability to lead customer discussions and workshops, including working as technical pre-sales for the solution.
- Mentoring engineering teams including working with teams from delivery into support.
- Ability to translate technical concepts relating to Modern Workplace solutions, delivery management and service management so they are understood by all (technical and non-technical parties).
- Demonstrable ability to make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached, including the ability to resolve technical disputes across varying levels of complexity and risk.
- A practical understanding of architectural models and of delivery methodologies and ways of working.
