A finance leadership role with genuine influence. I'm working on behalf of a well-established consumer brand entering a significant new phase of its journey under recently appointed leadership. With ambitious growth plans, a strong brand and a clear vision for the future, the business is looking to appoint a Finance Director who can become a true commercial partner to the leadership team and help shape the next chapter of growth.

This is not simply a reporting and control role. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the quality of decision making across the business, strengthening the relationship between finance and commercial teams, and ensuring leadership have the insight and information needed to scale effectively.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team
