A premium fashion retail business based in West London is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide stability and leadership during a period of transition.
With the incoming permanent Finance Director joining later this year, this role is focused on ensuring the finance function continues to operate effectively and supporting a smooth handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Oversee month-end close and management reporting
- Manage cashflow and payment runs
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure business-as-usual continuity across finance operations
- Assist with the transition to the incoming Finance Director
Candidate Profile
You will likely be:
- An Interim Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Head of Finance from an SME environment
- Comfortable being hands-on and operational
- Experienced within retail, fashion or consumer businesses
- Available to start by 27 July 2026
