This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of critical security platforms, investigate threats, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in protecting our people, systems and data.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you\'ll be at the heart of our security operations, working across a range of technologies and initiatives, including:

  • Managing and improving our security platforms and services
  • Administering key technologies including Microsoft 365 Security, Purview, Mimecast, Trellix, Defender and Skyhigh SWG
  • Investigating phishing attempts, security incidents and emerging cyber threats
  • Supporting cloud security, data protection and DLP initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted security partner to IT teams, external providers and business stakeholders
  • Driving security awareness and promoting best practice across the organisation
  • Contributing to security projects, audits and continuous improvement programmes

What We're Looking For

We\'re interested in security professionals who combine strong technical expertise with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

  • You'll Ideally Have
  • Experience in an IT Security, Cyber Security or Information Security role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Security technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, Information Protection and Compliance tools
  • Experience administering Mimecast or similar email security platforms
  • Experience with endpoint protection and secure web gateway technologies
  • Understanding of Azure security controls and cloud security principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for staying ahead of the evolving threat landscape
