This is a high‑visibility position supporting a global spend of €1.5bn, a footprint of 35+ sites, and a diverse portfolio of transformation initiatives across Indirects, Directs, and Centres of Excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Global PMO Governance
- Oversee governance and performance management for all Group Procurement programs.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across Indirects, Directs, and Procurement CoE initiatives.
- Track milestones, manage escalations, and ensure delivery accountability.
- Drive the Value Creation Agenda
- Build executive‑ready presentations and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Partner with C‑suite stakeholders to align priorities and secure sponsorship.
- Challenge and support Procurement Managers on initiative delivery, methodology, and rigor.
- Maintain the value creation framework and central initiative tracking tools.
- Support the 5‑Year Procurement Transformation Roadmap
- Contribute to operating model, process, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support adoption of procurement technologies (S2P, CLM, analytics tools).
- Monitor transformation KPIs and ensure benefits are realised globally.
This role spans regions, categories, and functions, giving you unmatched exposure across the organisation.
What You Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, transformation roles, or Program/Project Management.
- Strong background in program/project management, with a record of delivering measurable value.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability — including C‑suite interactions.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Professional proficiency in project management, analytics, and presentation tools, including Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planner, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated application in business and operational contexts.
- A degree is required; MBA, CIPS, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across all three global regions.
