Role Details
We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our Product Stewardship team. In this role, you will help ensure Synthomer remains compliant with international chemical regulations by supporting key projects and improving internal systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion safety and compliance: proactively spot and report safety‑related issues.
- Deliver real impact: take ownership of specific work packages that support global regulatory compliance projects.
- Grow your expertise: develop your knowledge in key regulatory topics.
- Turn data into decisions: analyse regulatory data to support smarter, safer business choices.
- Communicate with clarity: share findings and requirements across teams.

- Support legal compliance: help ensure Synthomer meets its legal obligations in assigned compliance areas.

Minimum Requirements
- A degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in polymers, coatings, regulatory, or similar environments will also be considered.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
- Confident and effective communication.
Location and Travel
Harlow, Essex. Hybrid role: on-site at the Harlow location at least three days each week.
