Role Details
We\\\βre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Stewardship team in an entry-level role that offers hands-on experience in global chemical compliance. In this role, you\\\βll help ensure our company remains compliant with international chemical regulations by supporting key projects and improving internal systems and processes. You\\\βll be at the forefront of identifying regulatory changes, communicating their impact across departments, and helping drive smarter, safer business decisions.

- Champion Safety and Compliance: Proactively spot and report safety-related issues, using our tools and systems to help drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver Real Impact: Take ownership of specific work packages that support our global regulatory compliance projects and business goals.

Minimum Requirements
A degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with 1β2 years of relevant experience in polymers, coatings, regulatory, or similar environments will also be considered. The role requires strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage workload independently, along with confident and effective communication.
Location
This position is based in Harlow, Essex. It is a hybrid role that necessitates being on-site at the Harlow location for at least three days each week.
