This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing the analysis, reporting and insight that helps shape the future direction of the business. Working alongside the Head of Group FP&A, you'll play a key role in supporting the Executive Committee, CFO and Board through high-quality financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.What You'll Be DoingAs a trusted finance partner, you'll help deliver the insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making across the Group.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning processesAnalysing performance across multiple business divisions, identifying trends, opportunities and risksPartnering with finance leaders and budget owners to challenge assumptions and improve decision-makingDelivering meaningful commentary and reporting for senior leadership teamsProviding analysis and insight for Board presentations, Executive reviews and investor reportingIdentifying efficiency opportunities and supporting cost optimisation initiativesLeveraging advanced analytics, automation and AI tools to enhance reporting and planning processesContributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement projectsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a qualified finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.You'll bring:ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualificationExperience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Audit or a similar analytical finance roleStrong financial modelling and forecasting capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills and excellent PowerPoint presentation skillsThe ability to translate complex financial information into concise, actionable insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExceptional attention to detail and a naturally inquisitive approachWhy Join Us?This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping the financial strategy of a global organisation.
