What You\βll Be Doing
- Accelerate your growth β through four fast-paced, 6-month rotations across key R&D teams β gain broad exposure and build deep expertise

- Champion safety and standards β own SHE behaviours and actively improve safety using our tools and systems

- A strong academic background β degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Polymer Science (Master\\\βs preferred)
- Industry-ready experience β industrial R&D placement experience with a solid grasp of lab safety and chemical handling
