Synthomer is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver the global pensions and benefits strategy.

Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, you will guide governance, risk management and policy development, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned with business and people objectives.

You will collaborate with CFO, HR leadership, trustees and governance committees to drive an engaging employee value proposition while managing financial, compliance and reputational risk.
