Définition du poste : Assurer la continuité des opérations et la fiabilité des outils de production en réalisant la maintenance des installations et les petites améliorations, dans son domaine de compétence.

Principales missions : Définition et préparation des travaux de maintenance des installations (préventif courant, ou suite à des incidents, à la mise en conformité réglementaire, à des arrêts programmés)Sécurisation des espaces et information auprès des personnes concernées Entretien courant et préventif des installations, dans son domaine de compétence Localisation, repérage des pannes et réalisation des réparations dans son domaine de compétence Vérification et essais de fonctionnement / contrôle de performance après remise en état Lecture des plans et schémas techniques relevant de son domaine de compétence Renseigne le système ERP et les documents relatifs aux interventions, à l'état des matériels, compte-rendu d'activité, certificats, temps passé, transmission des opérations ou clôture, sortie des pièces de rechange, plans de réalisation.

Réalisation des pièces ou des opérations particulières (Tournage, fraisage, soudage, formage, tôlerie…)Assistance technique auprès de l'exploitant Application des règles particulières et des processus de fonctionnement de l’atelier maintenance.

Profil souhaité : Titulaire d'un Bac pro MEI ou équivalent avec expérience Respectueux des règles QHSEAutonome, rigoureux, ponctuel Dynamisme, réactivité.

Sens de l’appartenance à une équipe Sens du service aux « Clients ».
