We are looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Operations Support Operator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract at our Stallingborough site. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for the safe loading and packing of finished products, supporting production activities, and ensuring high standards of safety, housekeeping, and efficiency across the site.

The Role

As an Operations Support Operator, you will play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring finished products are loaded and packed safely and efficiently while assisting with a range of production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate process equipment safely and efficiently in line with site procedures.
  • Load and pack finished goods in accordance with the production plan.
  • Carry out production support activities, including high-pressure jetting as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Site Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) procedures.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the working area at all times.
  • Complete all required paperwork and production records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the wider operations team to ensure safe and efficient site performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Basic communication and numeracy skills.
  • Valid FLT (Fork Lift Truck) licence.
  • Working knowledge and experience of high-pressure jetting.
  • Understanding of process safety principles.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work safely within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
