About the Role

As an Operations Support Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of process equipment to load and pack finished products while providing essential production support services.

You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Site Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the work area.
  • Operate process equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and pack finished products in line with production plans.
  • Carry out high-pressure water jetting activities as required.
  • Provide production support services to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Complete production records, documentation, and paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Basic communication and numeracy skills.
  • Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
