Synthomer plc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Harlow site's engineering maintenance function. You will direct a team of 14 professionals and contractors, drive asset integrity and reliability, and manage safety, budgeting and planning of shutdowns.
Responsibilities include implementing AIRS, using SAP CMMS for maintenance planning, and collaborating with Production, SHE, Procurement and Engineering to improve uptime and efficiency.
