We're looking for a Regulatory Data Integrity Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving data quality and supporting key business projects within a highly collaborative Product Stewardship team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Chemical Compliance or SAP EHS, with comprehensive training and development provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining regulatory, raw material and product data within SAP EHS (S/4 HANA)
  • Identifying and resolving data integrity issues across the SAP EHS landscape
  • Supporting global chemical regulatory compliance through accurate classification, labelling and documentation
  • Creating and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels
  • Reviewing raw material information and supplier safety data sheets
  • Supporting regulatory compliance projects and business-critical work packages
  • Analysing complex data and presenting findings to support informed business decisions

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from candidates who have:

  • A Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
  • Alternatively, relevant experience within a Regulatory, Product Stewardship, SHE, EHS or Compliance environment
  • Experience with SAP EHS
  • A passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of GHS Classification & Labelling
  • Exposure to Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical regulations or product compliance activities

Location: Harlow, Essex (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home working considered). This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
