Why this role matters
As a Finance Reporting Analyst in Synthomer’s Adhesive Solutions Division, you’ll help deliver the financial insight that supports our commercial, product, R&D, operations and supply chain teams.
Your work will ensure colleagues across the division have accurate data, clear reporting and meaningful analysis to make confident, informed decisions.

- What you’ll be doing
- Preparing monthly management reports and supporting materials
- Compiling, analysing and sharing KPIs that guide business performance
- Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decisions
- Working with teams across the division to ensure accurate master data
- Delivering monthly reporting packs for leadership
- Producing regular reports and insightful ad‑hoc analysis
- Supporting cost‑improvement and continuous‑improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with accounting teams to ensure smooth, compliant processes
- What you’ll bring
- Around 2 years’ experience in a finance role, ideally with exposure to reporting or analysis
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Clear, effective communication and the ability to work well with different teams
- A good understanding of core financial principles
- A proactive, detail‑focused approach
- Familiarity with ERP systems (helpful but not essential)
- A strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Actively studying or planning to study ACCA or CIMA, as this aligns well with the role’s responsibilities
