In this role, you will apply your expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, educational content development, and assessment design to help train next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities
- Define clear, measurable learning objectives tailored to specific audiences, roles, and program requirements.
- Design structured learning programs that connect objectives with appropriate modules, activities, learning resources, and assessments.
- Develop engaging educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, guides, exercises, and digital learning resources.
- Create basic assessment tools such as quizzes, rubrics, knowledge checks, and evaluation activities to measure learner progress.
