You will develop high-quality reference solutions, evaluate complex scientific reasoning, and contribute expert-reviewed benchmark data used to assess frontier AI models.

Responsibilities
- Solve research-level physics problems with rigorous mathematical derivations and scientific reasoning.
- Develop high-quality reference solutions supported by peer-reviewed literature and computational verification.
- Break complex research problems into structured sub-problems for AI evaluation.
- Develop Python-based validation tools and automated grading scripts where applicable.
- Review and audit technical solutions for correctness, methodology, and scientific rigor.
- Compare multiple solution approaches and identify the highest-quality reference solution.
- Document derivations, assumptions, verification methods, symbolic equivalence, and numerical tolerances.
- Collaborate with other physics experts to ensure technical consistency and evaluation quality.
- Required Qualifications
- Solver: Ph D, Postdoctoral Researcher, or advanced Ph D candidate in a relevant Physics discipline.
- Auditor: Ph D with postdoctoral research experience or equivalent.
- Adjudicator: Senior researcher, Principal Investigator, or Professor in a relevant Physics field.
- Strong publication record demonstrating expertise within the target research area.
- Working proficiency with Python, La Te X, Jupyter Notebook, and Sym Py.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and scientific reasoning skills.
- Excellent written English and technical communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote research environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Publications in leading peer-reviewed journals or recognized preprint repositories.
- Experience with symbolic computation, numerical simulation, or computational physics.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation, scientific benchmarking, or research dataset development.
- Experience mentoring researchers or reviewing scientific publications.
