About the Opportunity micro1 is partnering with a customer to develop high-quality AI evaluation and training data grounded in real-world production workflows.

We are seeking experienced Producers (Film, Television, Digital Media, and Live Events) to contribute their expertise in production planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and operational decision-making.

In this role, you'll help create and evaluate realistic production scenarios that improve how AI systems reason about complex production environments.

No prior AI experience is requiredβ€”your production expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design realistic production-management scenarios involving budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and crew coordination.
  • Create and review production artifacts such as budgets, call sheets, contracts, vendor agreements, delivery schedules, and staffing plans.
  • Evaluate production decisions based on competing constraints including time, cost, logistics, and resource availability.
  • Develop detailed evaluation criteria and rubrics to assess production planning and operational decision-making.
  • Document workflows, processes, and production standards clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure tasks reflect current industry practices and real-world production challenges.
  • Provide expert feedback to improve the quality and realism of production-related content.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in film, television, digital media, or live-event production.
