We are seeking experienced Public Safety Communications Dispatchers to contribute their expertise in emergency communications, incident prioritization, resource coordination, and protocol-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in 911 operations, law enforcement dispatch, fire communications, EMS dispatch, emergency management, or public safety coordination. Your expertise will help improve how next-generation AI systems process, prioritize, and respond to complex operational scenarios. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize incoming incidents and service requests using established protocols and procedures.
- Assess emergency and non-emergency situations to determine appropriate response levels and resource allocation.
- Route requests efficiently to the appropriate agencies, personnel, or response units.
- Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including phone, radio, and digital communication systems.
- Apply standardized operating procedures, escalation protocols, and dispatch guidelines consistently.
