micro1 is partnering with a customer to develop advanced AI evaluation and training systems using real-world life sciences expertise. We are seeking Life Sciences Research Assistants to contribute high-quality scientific reasoning, research analysis, and evaluation content that helps improve next-generation AI systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in biology, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, pharmacology, or related life sciences disciplines. You will apply your research experience to analyze scientific data, evaluate methodologies, review protocols, and create realistic research scenarios that reflect modern scientific practice. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop realistic life sciences research tasks involving experimental design, protocol evaluation, data interpretation, and scientific reasoning.
  • Review and analyze research data, laboratory results, scientific literature, and technical documentation.
