The Role

We are hiring a Solutions Architect (SAP) to help financial institutions and enterprises modernise, test, and deploy complex ERP and core business systems with confidence.

This is a highly customer-facing presales role sitting at the intersection of Enterprise ERP, Quality Engineering, Test Data Management, and Enterprise Transformation.

You will partner closely with clients, system integrators, and delivery teams to demonstrate how Synthesized can accelerate SAP programmes, improve testing outcomes, reduce delivery risk, and enable faster, more reliable software releases.

You’ll act as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle – leading discovery, designing solutions, running Proofs of Concept (Po Cs), supporting strategic opportunities, and helping customers understand how Synthesized fits into their broader SAP ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep SAP expertise with strong consulting skills and enjoys solving complex transformation challenges within enterprise environments.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Customer & Partner Engagement
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Synthesized
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Testing, Delivery, Transformation, and Operations teams
• Support account teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical leadership and solution guidance
• Translate customer challenges into practical implementation approaches and measurable business outcomes
• SAP Solution Architecture
• Design and position solutions within complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and surrounding enterprise ecosystems
• Understand customer challenges relating to testing, test data, migration, integration validation, and release quality
• Advise customers on modern approaches to Software Quality Engineering and Test Data Management
• Support large-scale transformation programmes involving ERP modernisation and platform upgrades
• System Integrator Enablement
• Build technical relationships with SAP implementation partners and System Integrators
• Enable partners to position and deliver Synthesized successfully within enterprise transformation programmes
• Support joint customer engagements and co‑selling activities
• Embed Synthesized into delivery methodologies and testing approaches
• Proof of Concept & Technical Validation
• Support end-to-end Po Cs and Proofs of Value from discovery through successful completion
• Define technical success criteria and measurable customer outcomes
• Demonstrate platform capabilities using customer use cases and enterprise scenarios
• Drive technical win strategies that support revenue growth and customer success
• Product & Market Feedback
• Act as the voice of enterprise customers internally
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
• Share market insights, customer requirements, and emerging trends within the SAP ecosystem
• Help shape future solution offerings for the enterprise sector

About You

• Significant experience working with SAP platforms in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Enterprise Architect, Delivery Lead, Presales Consultant, or similar role
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise transformation programmes
• Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles and technical evaluations
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders
• Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment
• We’d Love To See
• Technical Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience designing end‑to‑end business process test scenarios across core flows (Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report) spanning SAP and adjacent systems (Ariba, Salesforce, logistics platforms)
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, or transformation programmes
• Understanding of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Test Data Management
• Experience working with Global System Integrators and enterprise consultancies
• Knowledge of business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Treasury
• Experience working with highly regulated enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently run technical discovery, design solution architecture, and lead Po Cs/Po Vs end‑to‑end with enterprise customers
• Nice to Have
• Certification in Tricentis Tosca, Ui Path, or another major SAP test automation platform
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, or Focused Build/Focused Insights
• SAP certification(s)
• Experience in Financial Services, Pharma, or Logistics verticals
• Prior experience partnering with a TDM/data vendor or practice

• Become the trusted technical advisor across strategic SAP opportunities
• Lead complex enterprise‑focused Po Cs and technical evaluations independently
• Build strong relationships with key enterprise customers and implementation partners
• Increase conversion rates across SAP‑related opportunities
• Influence product direction through direct customer and market feedback
• Establish Synthesized as a recognised solution within SAP transformation programmes
