- Advise customers on infrastructure topics and troubleshoot issues in their on-prem environments.
- Act as a go-to subject matter expert on all things infrastructure, especially containerisation and workload orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows for cloud resource provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and application delivery.
- Create monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions through code.
- Implement and automate security controls according to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Optimize and implement automated controls for cloud resource utilization and cost management.
- Evolve our operational processes: on-calls, runbook base, alerting and so on.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with monitoring and observability implementation.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and implementing security controls as code.
What sets you apart
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms.
- OpenShift administration and automation experience.
- Industry‑recognized cloud and security certifications.
- Hands‑on experience implementing technical controls for compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO‑27001.
- Experience building operational processes (on‑call schedules, incident response, runbooks).
Benefits
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
- 25 days annual leave.
- Hybrid, flexible working.
- Learning & development budget for coaching, courses, and conferences.
- Private medical, dental, and vision cover.
- Regular team socials and offsites.
- Working with a team that’s smart, ambitious, and deeply collaborative.
