The Role
We’re hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This is not a traditional admin role, it’s a critical support function embedded in a fast-moving SaaS company with a strong commercial focus.
We’re looking for someone who understands the pace and rhythm of a sales-driven business and is comfortable working close to customers, investors, and strategic partners as part of your support. You\’ll help manage time, unblock execution, and ensure momentum across high-leverage priorities.
A background in sales, finance, commercial operations focussed industries would translate well here. You’ll thrive if you’re operationally sharp, people-savvy, and proactively driving outcomes behind the scenes.
Time zone note: The CEO is typically based between New York and London, so some working overlap with both regions is required.
This can be a hybrid role (London or NYC) – we\’re also open to a 4 day a week for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage calendars and inboxes: ruthlessly prioritise, resolve conflicts, manage time zones, and communicate changes with clarity
- Drive weekly priorities: track follow-ups, keep actions moving, and ensure high-leverage items stay on track
- Support post-meeting momentum: coordinate follow-ups with internal and external partners and key stakeholders to keep things progressing smoothly
- Handle logistics & ops: travel bookings, onboarding support, team dinners and offsites, conference coordination, vendor management, and general office logistics
- Champion internal culture: coordinate in-person and remote team events and celebrations
- Boost systems and productivity: use tools like Slack, Notion, G-Suite, and automation platforms to streamline workflows and reduce manual admin
- Support with personal admin: occasionally help with bookings, errands, and other life logistics that help free up executive focus
About You
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with a calm and professional presence
- Proactive and dependable, you anticipate what’s needed and handle issues before they escalate
- Clear communicator who builds trust with gravitas and experience to keeps things always moving forwards
- Comfortable navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- You likely come from a sales, finance or commercial operations industry and you understand how to support founders or senior execs in externally-facing roles
- Confident coordinating external relationships with professionalism – from investors and advisors to vendors and partners
- A natural gatekeeper and thought partner, able to prioritise and create clarity amidst chaos
- You leverage tools and systems (e.g. Notion, Slack, G-Suite, Zapier) to make yourself and the people around you more productive
- Energised by the effect of a well-run day, week, or system can have on a whole company
