Synthesia is seeking a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, including workspace setup, governance, content lifecycle, and analytics. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to turn early concepts into scalable, seven-figure renewals, shaping the enterprise UX at scale.

As a senior IC, you’ll set direction, influence roadmaps, and raise the bar on design problems across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, while maintaining a consistent mental model.
